Translation Assistance
If your primary language is not English, PCA Retirement & Benefits, Inc. (RBI) has selected a service provider who can assist in communicating with RBI employees on your PCA Retirement Plan or other PCA-RBI provided benefit plan questions. To request assistance, please contact RBI by email or phone in English requesting assistance in another language (stating that language). We will need at least one business day to set up the call. We will then arrange a three-way call among the three parties (you, the interpreter and an RBI staff member). To contact RBI, please use one of the following: rbi@pcanet.org or (800) 789-8765.
