STANDARD LIFE INSURANCE ELIGIBILITY
All full-time (30 hours per week) PCA ministers,
non-MTW missionaries, or lay employees of a PCA church or related
organization are eligible to participate. Coverage is available to
all eligible employees who reside in the US or Canada.
Retirees who participate in the Standard Life Plan while employed
may continue their participation in retirement.
Eligibility begins on the first day of employment for
all
employees. A statement of health is required if an eligible
applicant does not enroll within the first 90 days of employment.
